We are part of Grupo SICOSS and have more than 50 years of experience.

Our technological solutions offer companies that operate in Mexico a strict control in the payment of social security obligations, payroll and personnel administration.

Our achievements

1973

Mr. Julio Sabatés Zubieta created a manual methodology (with colored cards) to support companies with the obligations imposed by the Social Security Law.

1985

Mr. Sabatés and Mr. Galindo turned the manual methodology into a computerized tool, giving rise to Software Sicoss (System for the Control of Social Security)

1997

The IMSS and INFONAVIT gave Mexican businesses the Single System of Self-Determination (SUA), whereby Grupo Sicoss took on the task of integrating the functions of the SUA with the payroll.

2000

SICOSS software is endorsed by the IMSS to generate the payment disk.

2004

The IMSS endorsed the calculation engine of the Software SiCOSS for determining the employer's contributions without having to use the SUA, therefore becoming the only computer program recognized for the fulfillment of employer-related obligations.

2014

Creation of the Sicoss Cloud. Due to SAT reforms, the need to stamp the pay slips arises, so Grupo Sicoss took on the task of creating a cloud system, to meet this obligation.

2015

We became IDSE suppliers!
The Movement Sending module was developed. Affiliators from Software SICOSS. This benefit can be acquired from its integral version, as well as the “only SUA” version

2016

We changed our image, renewed our logo and our communication, achieving a fresher and more reliable image for our clients.

2018

Launch of our first App, KIOSKO, that will help improve the experience of our clients' collaborators.

2018

VGMakers , the #12 expert in the creation of video games in the world, focused on teaching graduate programs, as well as the organization of courses and workshops for children and adults is now part of SICOSS group.

2019

Launch SI-Analytics
We are the first payroll and social security software to have BI Technology (Business Intelligence), we help consult information in an intuitive way, speeding up the decision making process.

We celebrate 50 years of experience
For over 50 years we have helped companies calculate their payroll and social security 80% faster, providing them a zero fines, zero differences guarantee.

Jessica Ugalde is the Head of Services and Implementation of Software SICOSS. Jessica has a master’s degree in Business Administration and holds several certifications. Within Software SICOSS she has worked as a Process and Quality Coordinator, Project Manager, and is currently in charge of the implementations of our solutions, ensuring that they work properly to support our customer´s operations.

José Luis Nolasco is Sales Coordinator at Software SICOSS. José Luis holds a degree in Industrial Administration and a master’s in organizational management. He has been part of our company for over 5 years, working in the sales department, which is why he has extensive knowledge of our products and services, required by our clients.

Luis Martínez

Manager of Administration and Strategy

Luis Martinez holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). He currently serves as the Manager of Administration and Strategy at Software SICOSS, Nomilinea & Contalinea. His main responsibilities include ensuring compliance with administrative, planning, institutional, financial, and strategic processes, as well as managing the information security system and strategic projects.

Marco Darien Espejel

Technical Support Manager

Darien Espejel holds a degree in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico. He has been a part of our company for over 8 years, serving as a Technical Support Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Sales Consultant, among others, which has given him extensive experience in its use and application. Currently, he is the Coordinator of the Technical Support department, and one of his main responsibilities is to provide timely support to our more than 500 clients.

Carlos Palacios serves as the Key Account Manager at Software SICOSS. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UNAM and has over 20 years of sales experience. He has been a part of our team for 10 years, starting in support areas and then moving to sales for new clients. Currently, he is in charge of the team for Current Clients (FARMERS). His main responsibilities include account management, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing customer benefits through Upsell strategies.

Miguel Ángel Estrada

Development and New Technologies

Miguel Ángel is the Coordinator of Software Development at SICOSS. He holds a degree in Computer Science and has been a part of our team for over nine years. He has worked as a Support Consultant, Programmer Analyst, and currently serves as the Coordinator of Development. One of his main responsibilities is to develop maintenance and software update strategies for SICOSS, always keeping up with the fiscal changes.

Carlos Sánchez is Product Owner at SICOSS Software. Carlos has a degree in Computer Science and has been part of our team for more than ten years where he has worked as a Support Advisor, Deployer, Deployment Coordinator and Pre-Sales Coordinator. His experience in several areas has allowed him to get to know our solution in detail and to fully comprehend market needs. One of his main activities is to analyze customer requirements and transmit the need to the various departments involved, as well as providing advice on the correct use of the solution.

Irma Rivera

Irma Rivera is Finance Coordinator at Software SICOSS. Irma holds a degree in Accounting and has more than 20 years of experience in the finance and strategy division, at companies such as Genomma Lab and Terminales Marítimas Transunisa, with experience in budget control and management, accounts payable coordination and project expenditure validation, among other challenges. Irma has a high sense of responsibility and commitment. She is a key player in strengthening our relationship and the strengthening of ties with our business partners.

Marketing Manager

Marily Martinez, head of the Marketing department at Software SICOSS, holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Brand Management, a diploma in Neuromarketing, and certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM. With over five years of experience in demand generation, brand building and positioning, as well as internal communication, her main responsibility is to seek new business partners and strengthen ties with our current clients.
